Your Private Yoga Class will include:

  • An evaluation of your health concerns, injuries or limitations before we get started

  • Two 60 minute Yoga classes aimed at helping you reach your goals

  • Exercises to do between classes, plus a written outline of what we do in each class so you can practice it.
